1.2 Shipping Policy

 

  1. We currently deliver products only in the territory of India. We work hard to ensure your products get to you at the earliest.

  2. To ensure efficient delivery of the products, we use only reputed courier agencies.

  3. Once your order is placed on the Website and the same is accepted, we will issue an email confirming your order.

  4. We endeavour to ship ordered products typically within 2-3 working days of orderplacement and confirmation. Upon successful shipment of an order, we will send you the details of the consignment to allow you to check the status of your order.

  5. The typical delivery date shall be within Orders within Mumbai will be delivered within 5-7 working days and all other orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days. Working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.

  6. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver within 15-30 business days of placing the order, we will update you on the status of the order or in the event of the unavailability of the product, we will cancel the order and refund any prepaid orders for the value of the cancelled products which will be credited to your account on the Website. In the event of part delivery of the order and we are forced to cancel the remaining order we will send you an email informing the same and refund for the value of the unshipped part of the order which will be credited to your account on the Website.

  7. You will not be able to confirm your order on the Website in the event we do not deliver toyour area. We are in the process of ensuring delivery all across India and our serviced areas are being frequently updated. We request you to please come back and check if we have begun delivery in your area.

  8. We endeavour to ship all items in your order together; however, this may not be always possible due to the product characteristics or availability.

  9. All orders will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price in accordance with the Indian tax regulations.

  10. The cost of the shipping orders will be provided at the time of checkout.

  11. Shipping Charges for Physical books : ‘Within Maharashtra’- Rs.200 and Rest ofIndia other than Maharashtra’ – Rs.300

  12. Shipping Charges are not applicable for digital books.

1.3 Return, Exchange & Refund


a. At https://www.achyutpalav.com/ there is no policy of return, exchange or refund. Once the
products have been ordered, they will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

 

1.4 Cancellation Policy

 

  1. An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to it not being dispatched yet. If accepted, the whole amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

  2. If we receive a cancellation request after the product/s has been shipped by us, cancellationrequest will not be accepted.

  3. https://www.achyutpalav.com/reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons like no availability of stock, pricing errors, factual errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided etc.

  4. Workshops: You can request for a cancellation of your workshop ticket and get a full refund, 7 days prior to date of the workshop Duration: The amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days of the cancellation Mode of Refund: To the source account. Please contact us at for cancellation and refund of your workshop ticket.
