About the event
Aksharyadnya 2026 is a three-day residential calligraphy retreat organised by the Achyut Palav Calligraphy Foundation. Set in a peaceful environment away from the city's distractions, the retreat brings together experienced mentors and passionate learners for an intensive, hands-on learning experience.
The programme is intended for participants who already have a basic working knowledge of calligraphy and wish to refine their skills through guided practice, demonstrations, discussions and individual feedback. Along with technical sessions, the retreat encourages creative thinking, experimentation and meaningful interaction with fellow calligraphers from diverse backgrounds.
Participants will learn under the guidance of Achyut Palav, Sachin Shah, Sanjana Chatlani, Nitika Mirchandani and Yashashri Shildhankar. Accommodation and meals are included, allowing everyone to focus entirely on the learning experience while enjoying three days dedicated to the craft.
